Dog Walk for The Mayhew Animal Home

Shh…Don’t say it in front of the dogs!

We are going on a W.A.L.K and we want you to join us. On the 9th October The Mayhew Animal Home are hosting a very special dog walk to celebrate World Animal Week with amazing goody bags for everyone provided by DogBuddy! 

Start time: 11.30am

Start Location: Bandstand, Hampstead Heath

Distance: 2.5km or 5km (you can decide on the day!)

Why not try and get sponsored for the walk too? We will be awarding a prize to the person who raises the most sponsorship!

• £25 in sponsorship will enable our Animal Welfare Officers to answer a cry for help when an animal needs it most.
• £30 in sponsroship will cover the cost of a cat’s stay in cattery for one night.
• £50 in sponsorship will help us to work with homeless people and their animal companions, providing free advice & veterinary treatment.
• £70 in sponsorship will buy a heater for one of our kennels.
• £100 in sponsorship will buy a microchip scanner to help us reunite lost animals with their owners.

So truly celebrate World Animal Week, animal fancy dress is encouraged (for humans!) So clip on those tails and pop on your ears because there will be a prize for Best Dressed!
