Time for your regular round-up of London Dog Events this week and for the first time in some time, things will be looking a little calmer in London doggo’s diaries this week. Sadly Hounds on the Heath in aid of the Mayhew has been cancelled due to the hot weather predicted for the weekend but we’re sure you’ll still find some cool canine things to do…with the help of our round-up, obvs.
First up is Year of the (rescue) Dog Photo Exhibition part II which kicks off on Thursday until Sunday at the new Burgh House location, so this will be your last chance to see it! On the weekend you’ve got the London Dogs of Instagram Meetup (not to worry if your pup isn’t on Insta you are still very welcome), a mini DogFest and Canine Capers in North and South East London respectively, a doggy picnic over in Plaistow and then the UK’s first ever Dog Swimming Gala to get the week off to a ‘swimming’ start next week! Believe it or not there are still spots available for the Swmming Gala too!
As always, click on the event links below for more info on the line-up of London Dog Events this week…

Earlier this week we were invited to the Doggy Launch (oh how we love that concept) of Megan’s on the Hill, the latest of the stunning Megan’s restaurants. More coming soon about Balham’s latest hotspot on the blog but just to say you HAVE to go here, you will love it! Plus Megan’s LOVE dogs so we love them too.
