ARIA PRESENTS: MAKE YOUR PET FAMOUS LIVE POP-UP PHOTO BOOTH WITH CUSTOMISED ILLUSTRATIONS

Calling all feline friends and camera-ready canines, this spring Aria teams up with illustrator Rose Hill to create a pet lover’s paradise in their Barnsbury Hall showroom. This collaboration brings together Pop Art style illustration and digital photography, whilst letting every pet’s personality shine with their very own pet portrait. Pets can enjoy a live photoshoot experience with complimentary photography in Aria’s custom-made photo booth, alongside made-to-order portraits created by Rose Hill Designs.

Instagram star, Eroc the Skateboarding dog, will also be making a special appearance for the launch night. There will be a launch of an exclusive pet accessory collection designed and handmade in London by Rose Hill Designs exclusively for Aria. Customers will also be able to purchase original and limited edition artwork and a variety of other merchandise including cards, stationery and accessories.

Launch date: Thursday 1st March 2018, 5.30-8pm Influenced by playful pattern and bold colour, Rose Hill is a London based graphic artist renowned for her striking illustrations. Her brand, Rose Hill Designs has been seen in ZSL London Zoo, as well as internationally in Japanese store ITO-YA and PAPYRUS in the USA. Commissions include a collection for Harrods, as well as a growing list of high profile clients including Sadie Frost, Robert Webb and Charles Saatchi.

City Paws Club and Active360 are collaborating to highlight the issue of plastic-waste on the Thames embankment.

You are welcome to join us for a complimentary coffee at The Crabtree before we aim to fill 50 bags full of plastic. Starting at 10.30am, we will begin our dog walk and plastic collection from the Thames embankment just outside the pub.

BowWow Haus London is a remarkable fundraising and creative collaboration between pet charity Blue Cross, American not-for-profit organisation Outdoor Arts Foundation and photographer Drew Gardner to create unique kennels for dogs to raise money to help vulnerable pets. A network of architects, artists and designers are creating bespoke dog kennels to be displayed throughout London from March 2018 for the first ever public exhibit and auction of artistic dog kennels in Britain. Over 75 one-off dog kennels will go on show at several London venues, including St Pancras International, and will be available to buy at a charity auction or via online bids.

This stylish and original collection will be exhibited in two of London’s premier stations – St Pancras International and Stratford International – and auctioned at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London on April 26 (7.30 – 10pm tbc) to support the vital work of pet charity Blue Cross and American not-for-profit organisation Outdoor Arts Foundation. Kennels will be on display at Stratford International from April 20 and other exhibition locations are being confirmed.

Chelsea Restaurant and Bar GOAT is hosting a Puppy Brunch Party where GUESTS are encouraged to bring their puppies (or small dogs).

The Puppy Brunch Party, which is in support of the DOGS TRUST will take place on Saturday, 24th March from 12noon to 5pm at the venue’s Fulham Road location.

Welcomed by a red carpet, our furry friends will arrive in style. Making their way to the funky upstairs bar, GUESTS will enjoy music from the restaurant’s resident, Reggaetón DJ.

OWNERS will enjoy an endless supply of delicious canapes (think mini pizzas, goujons and gorgonzola croquettes), whilst puppies feast on LILLIE’S KITCHEN treats.

Included in the price of the ticket is bottomless prosecco throughout the first 2 hours (12noon to 2pm) – it wouldn’t be brunch without it! – and a ‘doggy bag’ to take home, filled with goodies provided by FLETCHER OF LONDON – a luxury wholesaler for premium pet products.

Tickets cost £40 and include canapes, bottomless prosecco (2 hours) and a doggy bag. £5 of ticket price goes directly to the DOGS TRUST.
