Dog Friendly Cinema: Customers are invited to bring their well behaved dogs to this special screening. We will provide bowls of water inside and outside the screen, and blankets to cover the chairs so you can sit next to your four legged friend while the film is on. 

With big dreams of becoming a musician, 12-year-old guitarist Miguel (Gonzalez) sets out to solve the mystery behind his family’s age-old ban on music. His adventures take him and his trusty dog Dante to the dazzlingly colourful Land of the Dead. Here, the young hero is met by a trickster skeleton Héctor (Bernal), and together they work hard to lift the musical curse. But will Miguel manage to make it back to the real world intact and will he solve the ancestral mystery? Pixar brings us another stunning family animation, masterfully directed by Lee Unkrich and co-directed by Adrian Molina. This time it’s Day of the Dead-themed and packed with magical skeletons, vibrant Mexican tradition, mischievous dogs and raucous celebrations. A truly captivating coming-of-age film with the family and a sense of humour at its heart.

Calling all gay London dog lovers for Gay Doggy Speed Dating!

There is an exclusive event taking place at the chic Verve Pet Boutique and Lounge in Notting Hill. Come alone, or bring your furry friend with you – this unique lounge is open to both pets and their humans, whilst you sip a cocktail or espresso and get to know other singles.

Come with a smile, (your dog if you have one!) and an open mind. When you arrive, our lovely SpeedDater host will welcome you and sign you in. Your badge will match a table in the room (and your furry one will have a number as well), and everyone will rotate about every 4 mins.

The Doggy Sunday Brunch really is the perfect london dog event, from the moment you book, it’s all about your dog. Table bookings are taken in your dog’s name (bookings available from 12:00-2:15pm) and on the day a canine red carpet is rolled out to welcome all the pooches. Once inside, a special personalised doggy bowl and lots of delicious home-made treats await your dogs approval.

It wouldn’t be Argentinian without empanadas (small traditional pastries), so Beef or Chicken canine versions will of course be on offer for your pooch to sample.

Doggy Sunday Brunch is free for dogs to attend, humans order from the a la carte menu.

Please note your dog should be used to busy environments with lots of dogs and people else he or she (and you) won’t enjoy this London dog-friendly event.

Great British Dog Walk 2018 – Important details

When: 28th April 2018
Where: Windsor Great Park, Wick Lane, Englefield Green, TW20 0UU
Registration: 10.30am
Cost: Adults: £10, Children (under 16): Free

Distance: 4km (Family Route) or 8km (Scenic Route)

Terrain: On stable paths or park roads. One moderate descent and then long rising section on long walk. Both walks take in the beautiful Cow Pond and are considered suitable for pushchairs and off-road type wheelchairs with possibly some assistance required on long walk.

Parking: The walk reception is in the Savill Garden car park.  Fees apply, please click here for details.

More: There are stunning views over Windsor Castle on the long walk (only) and the route also goes through the park village. Both walks take in views of Cow Pond. Toilets and refreshments are available at Savill Gardens Building. Dogs should be kept on leads while on the walk routes. Pet dogs are not permitted in the Savill Gardens building.

Bring Your Dog To Work Day 2018 organised by HOWND aims to raise money for wonderful charities that make a bug difference to the welfare of animals. This year, on Friday 22nd June 2018, businesses from across the UK will welcome their dog loving employees into the workplace, along with their loyal four-legged companions.

Both businesses and individuals can register to participate and make an online donation in aid of charities who make a huge difference to the welfare of animals. If your workplace isn’t a suitable environment for dogs, you can still play an important part in Bring Your Dog To Work Day 2018! You can make an online donation, uploading your logo (businesses) or pooch selfie (individuals), and recommending Bring Your Dog To Work Day 2018 to your friends and family. More info here!

Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just looking for a new challenge, all dog lovers and their canine chums are welcome to take part in the Muddy Dog Challenge 2018 and raise sponsorship to help the dogs and cats at Battersea.

This is the UK’s first obstacle course where animal lovers can compete in 2.5km and 5km runs with their pets. You can enter in a team, as a duo or if your pet prefers to remain paw-fectly groomed you can take on the challenge alone. Friends and family are welcome to cheer you on at the venue and take part in the fun activities, music and competitions on offer at the event village. Food and drink will also be served so you can refuel after the challenge and first aid and veterinary support will be available on the day.

Registration is now open for the Muddy Dog Challenge 2018. Entry fees vary on your group size and the date you sign up, and early birds will pay a reduced entry fee: 

How to register:

Individuals: If entering on your own with your dog, please choose ‘Human and Dog ticket’ and fill out your and your dog’s details. If entering alone please select the ‘Human Individual’ ticket

Teams: You can run as a team of 2 or more. Simply select ‘Group’ and then follow the instructions. You can then invite more people to join your team at the end of your registration. They can select ‘Join a Group’ and search for your team name.

Sponsorship: All participating humans are asked to raise a minimum sponsorship target of £100.

Whether you’ve got a pedigree Maltese Terrier or a cheeky Cavapoo, there’s a class for you at the Canary Woof 2018 companion dog show back for the fifth year on 1st July 2018.

​LIMEfest2018’s doggy spectacular is hosted by Rob Alleyne UKRCB, Canine Behavioural Trainer and trainer on the BBC TV series Dog Borstal. and Anna Webb, BBC London Radio presenter of the Barking Hour.

Canary Woof 2018 starts at 12 Noon with a dazzling display from London based dog trainer, Maria Ruiz, and her rescue dog Gus.

Bring your yoga mat to join London’s leading Dogi,  DogaMahny, in a Doga display. It’s free for everyone and their dog to pawfect a ‘downward dog’ posture!

With celebrity dog trainer Robert Alleyne & Anna Webb judging nine classes including Mr Canary Woof, Miss Canary Woof, Young Handler and Fancy Dress, there’s a class for every dog and their owner.

There’s also a chance for a spot of retail therapy with ten stall-holders offering the latest for discerning dog lovers.

Supporting two charities, donations will be made to both All Dogs Matter and Pets as Therapy.  The Canary Woof culminates in ‘The Dogs B@LL@KS Raffle’, drawn at 4.30pm

The UK’s biggest anti-puppy farming event Pup Aid 2018 is back bigger and better than before!

Now in its eight year and fifth in Primrose Hill, Pup Aid 2018 will once again be in the leafy doggy paradise of north London’s Primrose Hill, part of The Royal Parks, and promises a jam-packed day of fun for all the family – and our faithful four-legged friends – with trade stalls, delicious fresh food, music and more.

This very special day will once again give you, the dog-loving public, the golden opportunity to help raise awareness about the UK’s cruel puppy farming trade by attending this amazing celebrity judged fun dog show.

Victoria Park Dog Show 2018

Paws at the ready, All Dogs Matter and Tower Hamlets Dog Warden service are back at Victoria Park for the Victoria Park Dog Show on 9th September!
