Event Details

The Stratford in East London is excited to welcome DOGA as part of a monthly wellness programme, led by Mahny Djahanguiri the UK and Europe’s leading founder and author of DOGA – Yoga for you and your Dog.

The class is designed to help support dog owners and their dogs to destress through the ancient art of Yoga. Her yoga system is carefully designed to work on the central nervous system on both owner and dog alike.

Over the years she has worked with various dog rescue charities and psychologists and introduced her method to a multitude of customers who suffer stress and anxiety or finding it difficult to manage their dogs.

DOGA works on the natural bond we have with nature and restores the balance between mind and body with the support and aid of dogs and yoga.

The class takes place in the Wellness Studio at The Stratford hotel. We kindly ask all dog owners to complete a waiver form before arrival (this will be emailed to all attendees). All levels of yoga practise are welcome. Equipment is provided, but please note there are no available changing rooms or showers.

Doga at The Stratford tickets are £30, get yours here.
