An Evening With All Dogs Matter – Sunday 27th November
Time now for a festive evening event with ‘An Evening with All Dogs Matter’ at Burgh House, Hampstead. With a drinks reception & canapés, Jazz music from The Haywood Sisters, London’s own Peter Egan sharing news of the dogs recently saved from China and an Auction to round off the evening. Inseperable – The Shared Life of Humans And Dogs – Thursday 1st December
This event isn’t strictly Christmas themed but it does have a special theme…the magical bond between humans and their dogs. The photography exhibition ‘Inseparable – The Shared Lives of Humans and Dogs’ brings that bond to life and the photographer has his own story to tell on this subject. Hosted at the PetsPyjamas HQ, tickets are £10 and all proceeds from the event will go to the PDSA.
Saturday Social: Doggy Edition @ The Narrow Boat – Saturday 3rd December
If you’re a brunch person, this next one’s for you. The Dog Social Brunch at The Narrow Boat in Islington is not only about letting you and your pooch do brunch in style (they get their own special doggy brunch), it’s all about raising funds for The Dogs Trust. Tickets are £15 and this includes unlimited teas / coffees, Absolut Bloody Mary Vodka and brunch for you and a doggy brunch for your pooch.
Battersea Christmas Carol Concert – Monday 5th December
Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without Christmas Carols. And this isn’t just any old Christmas Carol service, with a doggy guard of honour this can only be The Battersea Dogs & Cats Home Christmas Carol Concert. Tickets are £10-£25 with mulled wine & mince pies included.
The Mayhew’s Tinsel & Tails Christmas Fundraiser – Tuesday 6th December
Tinsel & Tails…what a perfect name for this glamorous Christmas event for humans and pooches alike. With a drinks reception, three course meal with wine and lots of entertainment as well as the VID (Very Important Dogs) parade, it’s all about celebrating the work The Mayhew Animal Home has done to rescue thousands of dogs and cats and raising money to help them continue to do this. Premium tickets and Dog places now sold out. Standard tickets still available at £60.
All Dogs Matter Santa Paws Christmas Fair 2016 – Sunday 11th November
And finally, for the last-minute shoppers amongst us (me included), the All Dogs Matter Santa Paws Fair will be there, paws to the rescue! Have a read of our post from last year’s event to see what’s in store. One things for sure, all London’s best (and most festive) dressed pooches know this is the place to be. Entry free.
We hope you enjoyed our Christmas Dog Events round-up! Don’t forget…our What’s On Woofs Calendar lists all the London Dog Events for each month as we hear about them and if you have a London Dog Event you’d like us to woof about, give us a bark and we’ll add it to the list.
