The Fetch & Follow and Friends Pop-Up Dog Shop Tour Goes To Whitstable
London-based, creative pet lifestyle brand Fetch & Follow are packing up their bags and heading to the shores of Whitstable, as part of their Fetch & Follow and Friends Pop-Up Dog Shop Tour from 2 to 10 June, at the Show Off Gallery Space, 13 Harbour St, Whitstable.
Aimed at delighting dogs and the people who love them, the pop-up shop is a chance to see the brand’s much-loved range of stylish, functional and expertly-fitted coats, clothing, leads and collars in the flesh. Homeware such as dog bowls and beds will also be on show, along with select items for dogs and their humans from some of their favoured friends.
Taking centre stage is Fetch & Follow’s new Spring/Summer collection, which combines the Japanese philosophy ‘Mottaini’ – a sense of regret concerning waste – and the traditional Japanese patchwork mending technique of Boro.
Creative right down to the postcode, the Whitstable week-long pop up will take place at the Show Off Pop-Up Gallery, which is a popular local space for independent creatives, makers and artists to showcase their work. Visitors to the pop-up shop can expect to enjoy complimentary and tasty goodies as they browse in-store.
Intending to make the most of their time in their temporary neighbourhood, the two and four-legged team members have also scouted out their top Whitstable spots to drink, dine, walk and hangout with your hound, which is being shared on their blog to help locals and visitors enjoy dwell time with their dog.
Fetch & Follow and Friends Pop-Up Dog Shop is open from Saturday 2 June until Sunday 10 June. Find them at the Show Off Gallery Space, 13 Harbour St, Whitstable, CT5 1AQ, which will be open daily from 10-4pm Monday to Thursday, Sunday, 10-5pm on Friday and 10-6pm on Saturdays. Browse their wares and read their dog-friendly guide to Whitstable at Fetchandfollow.com.

All Dogs Matter invite you to celebrate the Year of the Rescue Dog at our exhibition at Lauderdale House, Highgate Village 14th June-6th July and the exhibition is dog-friendly!
The photos have been taken by a host of different photographers including Rankin and will showcase our rescue dogs and their owners, plus a few of our special supporters like Ricky Gervais, Michelle Collins, Peter Egan and Rachel Riley.
‘Year of the Rescue Dog’ is a tribute to our dogs fascinating life stories; their journey from fear and neglect to their forever homes. We want the photos to show off how wonderful rescue dogs are and indeed how rewarding it can be to adopt one.
*** Our visit to the exhibition now on the blog here***
The prints will be available to purchase to help us raise more invaluable funds for our dogs in need. The private view on 13th June is open to the public and the exhibition runs from 14th June-6th July. Please check the website before you visit as the gallery is not open every day. Entry is free but donations are welcome!
All Dogs Matter are a local dog rescue and rehoming charity based near East Finchley, who take in and rehome abandoned/unwanted dogs from all over London. We could not do this without the support of the general public, we receive no government funding so all donations make a difference.
We decided to put the exhibition together on the back of an exponential rise in the number of homeless dogs being rescued across the UK. Thankfully a change in public attitudes has seen hundreds more people now deciding to rehome a dog instead of buying one.

Lapdog’s Jumbo Photoshoot in aid of The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust’s (DWST) conservation projects in Kenya…because dogs and their people can make a real difference!
This dog-friendly photo shoot is a great chance for all dog lovers to acquire beautiful photographs of their best friend and support the work of The DSWT. “The DSWT works on Kenya’s front line to protect threatened wildlife and habitats. Hand raising orphan baby elephants who have lost their mothers, with years of care, these babies are gradually reintegrated back into the wild, with many going on to have babies of their own! But it’s not just elephants they are saving. The DSWT also operates Anti-Poaching and Mobile Veterinary Units, as well as Aerial Surveillance Teams, to keep wild animals of all kinds safe.”
Dog friendly photography sessions will run from 11am with each lasting approx 30 minutes. Our portable studio can accommodate a number of pets and family members from the same household. Your images will be delivered in high-resolution digital format. As always, the aim of each session is to produce beautiful photographs that can be cherished for years to come.
The photoshoot will take place as part of a larger event organised by The DSWT with the aim of raising a grand total of £20,000. A day packed full of family fun will kick off with THE ENORMOUS ELEPHANT RUN “The organisers aim to make their event a fun day out for all with fresh wood-fired pizza from The Good Slice, cakes, seating areas plus face painting and a family activity tent, which includes free activities for children of all ages to learn more about elephants and conservation. Their family friendly course is suitable for off-road buggies and features a children’s quiz walk for under 10s. Dogs are also welcome to participate” To find out more about the event, please visit https://enormouselephantrun.com/london.html
Every wild life counts: Suggested minimum donation of £50 per photography session will make a great difference. Dog-Friendly Cinema Exhibit Balham | Puppy Love Brunch Cinema Club
Dogs may be a man’s best friend, but all too often, they get the short end of the (chewing) stick and miss out on much of the human fun. This is why the pooch-friendly establishments of Exhibit Bars in South London are hosting a series of canine-friendly cinema screenings for dogs and their parents to enjoy together. Not only will the screenings feature some of the best doggy movies of all time, but dogs will be treated to bottomless treats and a glass (or bowl!) of Pawsecco on arrival. See our exclusive Puppy Love Brunch Cinema Club Preview review here to see what it’s all about!
Exhibit Bars are well-known for their boutique cinema screens. In Balham, the 28-seat cinema features leather sofas where dogs and their parents can snuggle up together. Meanwhile in Streatham Hill, Exhibit B’s Dark Room screening area will become a canine paradise with blankets and cushions for the dogs to relax on. All Puppy Love Brunch Club films have been hand-picked to be dog friendly and will be presented with lower audio levels so as not to scare the dogs. The first films will be ‘Turner and Hooch’ and ‘Lady and the Tramp’. Tickets for screenings include brunch dish and an hour and a half of unlimited bubbles for human guests. Dogs go free and receive the full VIP treatment with bottomless treats, a glass of dog-friendly fizz on arrival, and as many hugs as they can cope with from the Exhibit team! The Puppy Love Brunch Cinema.
Tickets for Puppy Love Brunch (Film: Lady and The Tramp) are available from: Dog-Friendly Cinema Exhibit Balham | Option 1: £15 – cinema + brunch or Option 2: £30 – cinema + brunch + 1.5hrs unlimited bubbly for human guests.
